Hello, saw your comment about anime. If you have an open mind maybe you should check out my gallery, I do anime but pay very close attention to anatomy and on many occasions I use realistic shading. I am not looking for comments, just that you see not all anime is cartoonish.
By the way your gallery is beautiful.

Saw your topic on anime over in the forums, I agree with you in some respects, not a huge fan of it myself, but I honestly don't think you've seen enough anime or manga to make a call like that. There's alot of good stuff out there, go check out the following Fooly Cooly, The Wings of Honneamise, Spirited Away and Neon Genesis: Evangelion!
Seriously I reckon you might like them, I'm a fan of the same movies (with the exception of Cruel Intentions) and artists, so there's a possibility you might like these particular anime's, I really think you should give them a go. Anyway.......
